1. Introduction

This Membership Agreement ("Agreement") regulates the terms of use for membership-required services provided through candavarci.com.tr ("Site"). By registering as a member, you accept all provisions of this agreement.

2. Definitions

"Platform": candavarci.com.tr website and related digital services
"Member": A person who has registered and created an account on the Platform
"Account": The personal space used by the Member to access the platform
"Content": All training, materials and resources on the Platform
"Subscription": A plan that provides access to paid services

3. Membership Conditions

Have a valid email address

Accept this agreement and platform rules

5. Member Rights and Obligations

Submit support requests
Update profile information
Leave membership at any time

5.2 Obligations

Comply with platform rules
Respect the rights of other members
Use content for personal use only
Pay subscription fees on time
Provide current contact information

6. Prohibited Behaviors

The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:

Unauthorized copying, distribution or sale of content
Sharing account with others
Attempts to compromise platform security
Providing false or misleading information
Harassing or disturbing other members
Commercial spam or advertising
Infringing intellectual property rights

7. Subscription and Payment

7.1 Subscription Plans

Free Membership: Access to basic resources and limited content
Premium Membership: Full access to all training and resources
Corporate Membership: Custom solutions for teams

7.2 Payment Terms

Fees are collected in advance
Auto-renewal can be activated
Price changes are notified in advance
Cancellation can be made before subscription expires

8. Cancellation and Refund

Free membership can be cancelled at any time
Paid subscriptions remain active until the end of the period
Right of withdrawal cannot be used for digital content (Consumer Law Art. 15/ğ)
Partial refund may be made in cases arising from technical problems

9. Account Suspension and Termination

Your account may be suspended or terminated in the following cases:

Violation of agreement provisions
Engaging in prohibited behaviors
Long-term inactivity (12 months)
Failure to fulfill payment obligations
Member's request

10. Notifications

Notifications regarding the platform are sent to your registered email address. Keeping your email address up to date is your responsibility.

11. Agreement Changes

We reserve the right to change this agreement with prior notice. Significant changes will be notified via email. Continuing to use the platform after changes are published means you accept the changes.

12. Dispute Resolution

Laws of the Republic of Turkey apply to disputes arising from this agreement.
