Distance Sales Agreement

ARTICLE 1 - PARTIES

1.1 SELLER

1.2 BUYER

The natural or legal person who declares their information during the order.

ARTICLE 2 - SUBJECT

This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

Information regarding the basic characteristics of the products/services subject to the agreement, sales price and payment method, and delivery are specified in the following articles.

ARTICLE 3 - PRODUCT/SERVICE INFORMATION

Products/services subject to sale are:

• Digital marketing services (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, etc.)
• Web design and development services
• Graphic design services
• Online training packages and courses
• Consultancy services
• Digital products (e-books, templates, resources)

Details, price and features of the ordered product/service are specified in the order confirmation email and invoice.

ARTICLE 4 - GENERAL PROVISIONS

• The buyer accepts that they have read and are informed about the basic characteristics, sales price and payment method of the product/service subject to sale.
• The buyer is deemed to have accepted the provisions of this agreement by placing an order.
• The seller undertakes to deliver the product/service subject to order completely and in accordance with the order details.

ARTICLE 5 - PRICE AND PAYMENT

• Prices are in Turkish Lira (TL) and include VAT.
• The seller reserves the right to change prices before order confirmation.
• Bank commission for installment payments is borne by the buyer.

ARTICLE 6 - DELIVERY

• Digital Products: Delivered immediately via email after payment confirmation.
• Services: Provided according to the agreed project schedule.
• Physical Products: Delivered by cargo within 30 days.
• Delivery is made to the address specified by the buyer in the order form.
• Delivery may be delayed due to force majeure.

ARTICLE 7 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

7.1 Exercise of Right of Withdrawal

• The withdrawal period is 14 days from the start of service performance or delivery of goods.
• Withdrawal notification must be made in writing to [email protected].
• The refund process is completed within 14 days.

7.2 Exceptions to Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal cannot be used in the following cases:

• Services whose performance has started before the expiry of the withdrawal period with the consumer's consent
• Digital content delivered instantly in electronic form
• Services customized according to consumer's requests
• Downloaded or activated digital products

ARTICLE 8 - WARRANTY

• Performance guarantee for digital services is specified in the project contract.
• 30-day bug fix guarantee is provided for software and technical services.
• Physical products are covered by legal warranty.

ARTICLE 9 - COMPETENT COURT

Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction over disputes arising from this agreement. Monetary limits are subject to annually updated legal regulations.

Competent Court: Adana Consumer Courts

ARTICLE 10 - EFFECTIVENESS

This agreement enters into force when the buyer places an order and makes payment. The parties declare that they have read, understood and accepted all the articles in this agreement.
