In SaaS, the customer is a tenant — runs on vendor servers, you’re stuck if prices rise or service shuts down. In VORKAZ’s license model, you access source code and run on your own servers. You don’t depend on vendor decisions. The annual subscription is for support + updates, not for system usage.
Standard tier payment plan: Month 0: 62,500 USD (50% setup), Month 1: 31,250 USD + 2,500 USD (25% setup + month 1 subscription), Month 2: 31,250 USD + 2,500 USD (25% setup + month 2 subscription), Months 3-12: 2,500 USD/month. Year 1 total: 155,000 USD. 75% of setup arrives as cash in first 3 months.
Standard customers upgrade to Enterprise when needs grow. Pay setup difference (225K USD), dedicated team assigned, custom agent development begins. Transition takes 2-4 weeks. Setup paid for Standard counts toward Enterprise — no double payment.
Standard tier customers buy sector + geographic region exclusivity for 50K USD additional setup + 10%/month on top of base subscription. Example: “Law sector in Turkey,” “Luxury restaurant chains in Istanbul.” You become VORKAZ’s sole licensee in that category, competitors can’t buy in same category.
Contract defines a 2% rate band (CBRT selling rate as base). Fluctuations under 2% are customer responsibility, above that the price stays fixed in USD and TRY equivalent is recalculated. This band is valid for year 1, renegotiated in year 2.
Enterprise tier starts with 90-day pilot phase. Performance + adaptation + team integration measured in controlled environment in single department. If pilot fails (predefined criteria), 50% setup fee refunded, subscription stops. This option does not exist in Standard.

Data migration happens in Phase 2 (on-site setup) of the setup process. We export from ClickUp/Asana/Notion/Slack and convert to VORKAZ format. Duration depends on source system: under 50K rows 1 day, 50K-500K 2-3 days, over 500K custom scope. Zero data loss risk — every import verified, source system kept as backup for 30 days.
