Data Deletion Request
Dealership Legacy · Last updated: October 8, 2026
Summary: Your game save stays on your device. Remove local data through your phone’s app settings. If you allowed analytics or crash reporting, data previously sent to those services is separate from this action.
1. Remove game data from your device
The data-deletion link in the game’s Settings opens this information page; it does not delete your save. To remove local save and backup files, use your phone’s app settings:
- Android: Open your phone’s Settings → Apps → Dealership Legacy → Storage and confirm Clear data / Clear storage. Menu names vary by device. Clearing only the cache does not delete your save. Fully uninstalling the app also removes its local app data.
- iPhone: Use Settings → General → iPhone Storage → Dealership Legacy → Delete App. Offload App or removing only the Home Screen icon keeps app data.
These actions remove progress and app-local backup files from this device. They do not automatically delete earlier phone, computer or cloud backups; restoring such a backup may bring an old save back. To remove those backups, use the relevant backup service’s settings separately. We do not keep game saves on our own servers.
Platform information: Clear Android app data · Apple’s Delete App and Offload App distinction.
2. Withdraw your ad preferences
- Open the game → Settings
- Tap Ad Preferences
- Withdraw your consent to personalized ads
You can also reset your advertising ID or turn off personalized ads entirely in your device's system settings (Android: Settings → Google → Ads · iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking).
3. Analytics and crash reports
Version 1.0(12) and earlier may send error logs, device model and operating system information through Unity Cloud Diagnostics. The new Firebase choices do not apply to these earlier versions. Deleting local data does not automatically delete reports previously sent to Unity. Send a request about these reports to the contact address below; we will assess the actions supported by the relevant provider with you. See the Unity Privacy Policy. This Unity service is disabled in update 1.0(13).
With analytics consent, uploaded data may include gameplay events, automatically measured session/screen activity, purchase/subscription events with product and price information, and general location derived from IP addresses. With crash-report consent, error traces, device/app information and installation identifiers may be uploaded. This does not require using the device's precise location services.
In the game, open Settings → Ad Preferences. Turn off Gameplay analytics and Crash reports separately and confirm your choices. Enabling crash reports permits uploading reports waiting on the device as well as future reports.
This Firebase section applies to Gameplay analytics and Crash reports, first introduced in update 1.0(13). Earlier store versions do not include these choices. In supporting versions, both choices are off by default. Withdrawing analytics consent stops new uploads. After turning off crash reporting, close and reopen the game; the automatic report-upload choice takes effect on the next launch.
Clearing data in your phone’s settings or deleting the app does not automatically delete analytics data or crash reports already sent to Google. Send a deletion request for this data to the email address below. Without a player account or authenticated mapping to an installation, your email address alone does not let us guarantee identifying these records or deleting all provider-held data. We will assess the relevant installation and the deletion options supported by the provider with you. Do not send passwords or payment-card details. See Firebase data processing information for details.
4. Purchase records
Records of your in-app purchases are kept by Apple or Google, not by us. For these records, please contact the support channel of the relevant store.
